Gluek Beer
Internship
During my Spring internship as a Marketing & Creative Director Intern with Gluek’s Beer, I led initiatives aimed at revitalizing Minnesota's oldest brewing legacy, specifically focusing on the reintroduction of the iconic "Stite" product line to Gen-Z consumers through craft-nostalgia marketing. My role combined brand advocacy at local taprooms with remote content creation and market analysis, driving a 112% increase in social media impressions and expanding final product placement across 14 venues. Integrating my background in Textile & Fashion Design from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, I led visual strategy, created campaign mood boards, and conceptualized branded apparel and promotional merchandise that aligned with the brand's lifestyle and values. Pivoting our strategy toward heritage-driven storytelling allowed me to achieve a 92% goal completion rate—highlighted by the development of the "Gluek Heritage" digital archive—while building vital skills in high-stakes B2B networking, three-tier distribution systems, and remote project management under the direct mentorship of executive leadership. Ultimately, this project solidified my expertise in bridging historical brand equity with modern consumer trends, preparing me for a career in legacy brand strategy within the beverage industry.
